Request Switch Inoperable Warning Beep (With the advanced keyless function)

If the request switch is pressed under the following conditions while the key is being carried, a beep will be heard for about 2 seconds to indicate that the front doors and the liftgate/boot can not be locked.

  • A door is open (door ajar included).

  • The ignition has not been switched to off.
